And they even had their own Legal Courts - yup, Muslims had a separate court to Christian and a separate one to Jews.
And they even had ELECTED MEMBERS of Legislative Council members who were JEWISH (yes, they were a minority then).
But that was NOT ENOUGH FOR THE ZIONISTS. They didn't want a NATIONAL HOME - as outlined in the Balfour Declaration!!!

That's why they turned against the British - started attacking them, the Arabs and even UN peace envoy Folke Bernadotte
And that's why they carried out the Deir Yassin massacre - in order to drive out the Palestinian.
NOTE: Deir Yassin occurred on 9th April 1948 and the Arab armies invaded on 14th May 1948!!!
But since then, the Zionists have been trying to rewrite history (hollywood style) - such as the Palestinian never existed; no Palestinian government; all the Arab armies attacked Israel for no reason on 14th May 1948.
