There was case where Palestinian Muslim wanted to convert to Judaism but many Rabbi’s refused to convert.

Yet these Rabbi’s demand that Russian without evidence to prove that they are Jews need to do a genetic test.
It would have been interesting genetic comparisons if this Palestinian had more Semitic genes….probably closer to Sephardic Jew
