re: jewish court of arbitration..gutnick..croups I know nothing about Jewish courts, but I do know civil actions in Indonesia were dealt with on Islamic principles and were legal/binding.
The Austrade Manual at the time warned that no westerner had ever won in court against Indonesian interests for this reason.
