CTP prefer the market to think they have $17m but they actually have over $7m of invoices to finalise from the Dec 10 quarter. So in fact they have only $10m uncommitted funds, probably less.
Disclosure : Newbie investor, previously held CTP, lost a little, keeping an eye on events in order to learn for future investment decisions.
