Researched NEO over the weekend. One item of interest was:

Jack Hamar 1 so successful MD issued 15m options exercisable at $0.05 before 16/2/06. Designed to keep a good MD happy. With only 14 months to get into the money my guess is that the Board wanted the issue done now before the sp increased to above $0.05 to avoid shareholder criticsm for being too generous.
Tells me the company is confident on Jack Hamar 2 as are the sophisticated investors that put in the $1.253m end of October.
