They need 5% to call an EGM. I understand they have that. What they will now need is the muscle to carry forward their resolutions, a totally different game. I've been involved in this type of scenario in the past. Invariably when I have, it has been messy, a lot of blood and tears on the floor, but the saving grace is that the board and the companies have gone to bigger and better things. It is a positive.
