There has to be more in this affair than what eyes can meet. The board is not telling us the full story and IMO, as we are the owners of the company we should be told.

It can't just happened all so quick when one day everyhting is going great guns and the next we are in a TH only to find out that our CEO has been sacked. Never have I seen anything of the kind in all of my years of investing, and the board should be made fully aware of our displeasure.

I have been told in the past that the Board does follow HC and TS, and as such we should make sure that they know of our feelings.

What is behind all of this?? That is the $64k dollars question.

I wonder if they have gone in protection mode after reading what was going on in HC and TS about the coal and the JV, and the supposedly leaked informations.

That is a very big mistery and it should be solved a.s.a.p. After all, it is our money that they are playing with.
