While 99% of the material posted on here is absolute garbage, that quote from vretts posted by lauzza could very well explain the trading activity this week. it is an absolute certainty that at least some of the buying was done by the insiders, as we all know CTP have a free pass for insider trading

I think this is a good step forward for the company. While JH may be a good geo, he isn't a good business leader. Now, having a very well experienced man at the helm who doesn't seem to piss fart around like his predecessor, I reckon we'll see some real results.
