I understand your logic but you seem to be assuming JH may be brought back with a hands on roll??

As per my last post I feel Cottee may have done some deal with JH but it does not need to be a hands on roll dealing with day to day things and staff!

He could simply be engaged as a Consultant from time to time
to advise on past dealings and technical issues which should not be lost to the company. After all Consultants usually earn far more than permanent staff anyway Were i him I would prefer that!

I still have the view that you cannot chuck away 15 years of a mans toil just when the company is about to be successful.

I feel Cottee is on top of that!!!!
