Whilst I agree with some of your posts, you underestimate the Weld Range resource. The 15mtpa is DSO which is slightly lower grade than JH, requires very little processing and therefore no huge outlay in processing requirements. Midwest had significant magnetite intersects and I believe quoted a resource, presumably Sino has continued to drill and delineate this.
The real difference between the two is that Sino spent $1b to puchase it, plus ongoing expense and without OPR they have nothing.
