Ok… it is for better alignment of purpose for internal needs of the parent company.
the email that I have received about this transaction is a bit loose and non-comital however it was purposely so… hmmmm
my thoughts are that this is a broadly positive sideways step in a generally forward direction so as to allow for possibilities to maybe arise at some point in the near or far future…
