(MT Newswires) -- Jianmin Pharmaceutical Group (SHA:600976) will acquire a 4.47% stake in Australia-listed Hera Med (ASX:HMD) for 8.4 million yuan from Huali Pharmaceutical Group.

The Chinese drugmaker will buy 10.9 million shares in Hera Med, according to a filing on Wednesday.

Jianmin issued a risk warning about the transaction as it involves cross-border equity transfer, which could be subject to regulatory requirements.
