It is a pattern indeed, across both aisles, which prove this is an Australian problem. The worst was Jeremy Hunt and Brad Hazzard (and as we found out later, Dr Scomo) having no qualifications whatsoever in healthcare or science, and they were in positions of immense power and control over all of our health and bodies. They were way in over their heads, and did so many stupid things specifically because they had no training nor qualifications for the portfolio.
Imagine following financial advice from a marketer and health advice from a lawyer...It's litterally how the country is being run.
