    Here is a comment I expect to appear soon,

    As a long suffering Biota shareholder, all I know is I have held BTA shares for decades and never received a dividend in all that time. Biota management had a Biota Employee Plan and gave themselves free options but never looked up the definition of "investment", which includes a financial return to investors.
