Probably is some element of manipulation to make the spp attractive - could also be an element of the reality that BMN (irrespective of of its average exec team) is a dirt cheap U play with a proven resource about to finish its DFS. I'd be saying the same thing if the share price was double what it is today. Lord only knows what the situation is with mining license, I've given up expecting the company to communicate well with shareholders - Helen Keller would do a better job of it - but macro fundamentals may well win the day in due course. That's about our main hope at this stage.
