But, at what price to the world community, and especially the Chinese people?
Would a dictatorial, heavily populated, country like China even conceive the possibility of a nuclear war?
But maybe the Chinese, with its huge population, might consider such a possibility, if it took the long term view that such an act would be advantageous to itself.
