My gut feel when anyone stacks the offer like this is that they are either a) naive to the market and selling, b) trying to give the impression of a weak market for purposes unknown or c) trying to give the impression of a weak market in order to accumulate. I worry about the b) theory, because this stock has a rich history of being screwed around by nefarious characters, although I think they have all gone by now, so that leaves us with a) or c).
