my most likely thought is the whole deal seems to centre around IKL getting enough shares or control of the new entitiy so if asx didnt shut them down for 3 weeks they would have accumulated enough shares and the deal would have been done by the AGM, because of the suspension IKL had to wait till now to accumulate shares helped along by the good stooges themselves, and now they probably have their fill and are just waiting for the smoke to settle before the games begin.....
