Agree. I was thinking about averaging down a while back, so I did some checking out some of the subsidiaries websites and was pretty shocked at the quality of a couple of them. I too thought they looked template-ish and couldn't see how they were functional besides having an email contact. Thought it looked a bit sus, so didn't average down.
