I agree with yr observations which is why we entered after Deal done . The Economic benefit is clearly larger as a combined entity.. Well executed "friendly" takeover spoiled by a pension fund who had no clue operatively ..Dumb money !
In response to ML173, You will find that UWL will have access to the Capital Markets for future funding. Not rights issues.
