    China announced 6 new pilot Free Trade Zones (FTZ) recently. Jinan High Technology Development Zone is one of the six. More English media coverage is expected in the next few weeks, you can do your own research.

    "Qilu Graphene Valley" project is perfectly located in Jinan FTZ. The land JHT bought is located in the yellow area I highlighted below.
