The old spooky one is really bitter and twisted.
Methinks maybe he was part of the old problem at BTX with Renison, he protesteth too much and really has personal vendetta against management.
There can be valuable lessons from history but this is a case of being too personally involved to be objective. If he keeps looking backwards like that he's never going to move on.
Like others have done, he's going on ignore.
