Have you whaled in over the offer price at some stage as you sound a bit desperate for Jinchuan to be some sort of white knight? Do you really think they would launch a takeover bid higher than ZFX?

They would be tieing up a lot of capital for no effective gain - why control a company that is selling you all its supply anyway? It doesn't make sense to want to sell to themselves - where's the gain?

Also they would have to satisfy the Foreign Investment provisions - I suspect ZFX would be more appealing to the FRB.
