Has anyone noticed the announcement yesterday on the ASX about ZFX ?
The announcement goes like, and I quote "Zinifex and its associates have a relevant interest in 98% of Allegiance shares", end of quote.
Which associates?? Did anyone knew or was anyone been made aware that ZFX had some associates in the taking over plan of AGM ??
Also the announcement stated, and I quote "The takeover bid by Zinifex Australia Limited for all the ordinary shares in Allegiance Mining NL, closed at 7 pm (Melbourne time) on 16 May 2008". End of quote.
And yet, yesterday the share tradinga nd sale continued on and 11 out of the 18 total trades, sold for the famous $1.105 per share.
Any one care to comment??
