I haven't been instructed by anyone not to make what ASX said to me public but, my concerns are on what appeared at the bottom of their reply.

To put it simply and succintly, (not all of it though), they told me that they can see my concerns but that it is out of their jurisdiction and for me to pass it all on, together with my E-mails that I sent to them, to ASIC.

To me, it doesn't sound right, lol.

Putting all other issues aside, one would think that at least with the trades continuing at that silly price especially when ZFX announced that they will proceed with compulsory acquisition, ASX could say something and/or investigate.

I will have to think now whether or not I will pursue the issue through ASIC, but I am very confident that I will, as soon as I will finish some farming duties.

If I have time tomorrow I will give them a ring to get their E-mail address and to whom I should address it to.
