Buddy,

I have looked through notices from AGM and other companies Jinchuan have been involved in and I have never seen a Substantial Holder notices from them (or any other notice), maybe because they are a foreign company they are not required. Regardless I don’t think even ZFX would be release a substantial holder notice that was not correct. As for the 1.105 buyers I still maintain it is someone buying on behalf of ZFX and then selling them back at 1.10. In the end it has made no difference. I am still in the line at 1.105 but with 160,000 in front of me I doubt I will be hit. Good luck Buddy and anyone else that is left, it has been a fun ride.
