I sent of off when ZFX/OXR announced the merger, as ZFX shares are not allowed to be shorted naked...but it was so clear that is was going on. Response: We will look into it..anything furthur nope
Lets assume for one minute that parties aligned to ZFX have been buying $1.105. All i say that must either be dumb or stupid...or they have covered their tracks v.well. If found out they would be in a lot of hot water.

I reckon ur right...look at FXR, Jinchuan has over 10% of that company yet not SS notice.
