This could be CFE he's talking about or perhaps ArcelorMittal in Liberia who are presently dropping Fe assets off their balance sheet (just sold their Labrador operation).
ArcelorMittal have significant Fe deposits in Liberia, have access rights to an existing fully operational heavy haulage rail and have an operating port at Buchanan.
Presently they are exporting at 1Mtpa moving I think to 4 and then 15 Mtpa with design well progressed.
