Reckon the MOU with the Chinese may have been the catalyst for this move by Jindal. Benny Wu is playing his cards again by the look of it. Most of the statements by Jindal are fair comment about the lack of action by RCI board, but if Jindal are offering 25c per share, then they are probably worth more. A bun fight between Chinese and Indians would be good, not as suss as the last bun fight between two Indian companies. Should be an interesting month coming up.
