To me the "strategy" being pursued is very simple.
Exploit the easy oil and make as much money as possible. Remember that the Dongara oil goes straight down the Brand Highway via road train to Kwinana.
Get as much cash as they can before making the assault on Canning Basin.
They will burn cash up there faster than my missus with a Visa card in David Jones.
I f^cken hope they hit it big time when they finally get started up there!!!!!
