I would strongly suggest a Jinhong takeover.
As Jinhong already commited 10M USD (in total 30M USD) in the JV which appears they valued the technology much higher than only 30M USD, How about a takeover of the technology or the company in a whole?
If the take over of the company is a bit tricky, then they can simply acquire the technology which is clean and clear.
I am very much keen on Jinhong to get the technology or takeover of the company rather than Pacific Road which is really greedy.
