You may know better than me, but I can't imagine you are correct. ISX discovery is surely about who said and did what, ASX and other parties, in relation to the alleged unfair ASX suspension of ISX and reasons behind - it would not imo be about market sensitive info and data relating to ASX IP and similar, and if so, there should be no issue.
