APRA's BEAR comes into play 1st July for small ADI's. Whilst I don't think it impacts directors much, who already have a fiduciary duty to the ADI, it does put added focus on the executive of an ADI. Its good to see Australia aligning with the UK and Europe, with iSignthis Ltd (ASX: ISX | FRA: TA8) directors and executive having already been through the ECB's Fit and Proper regime. hashtag#neobanking
