A prerequisite of business these days is compliance. We all hate it, but have to suck it up, bite our tongue when chipped by the auditor, and eat a little humble pie so that we can continue making money. While it's important for a CEO to have self belief and a healthy ego, it is also important to exercise a little EQ and consider his shareholders so that we can all make some money.
I am a supporter of JK but there is a need for a solution. I like what I am seeing with the company and its competitive edge against the ASX, but to move forward we need to be listed and get over the semantics of the ASX staff. Time for a mature head to achieve an outcome. Cool your jets JK, solve the semantics, and let's get on with business.
