    You miss my point. Regardless of whether the third tranche was won fair and square, all shareholders are being punished because JK is unwilling to hand them back or concede that disclosure around them was lacking. I don't care whether he deserves them or not. I'm just sick of him undermining all shareholders while he drags this out in court.

    Just get on with building the business, JK!
