There appears to be nothing wrong with the issue of the performance shares and the ASX should not have suspended ISX. Even if something illegal is found, ISX shareholders should still be able to trade their shares. Westpac has committed millions of crimes and could still be committing even more crimes, but Westpac shareholders can trade their shares. Double standards !!
