I don't like to put $$ targets on shares, JKA is a bit unloved at the moment. but they have plenty of potential value in the drawer (but so do most companies) the difference is that JKA is fairly active behind the scenes and moving in the right direction. management are invested in the company (not just chasing a salary)

short term if hammamet W flows greater then 2500bpd(ish) you should see a very nice rise. but the real value will come when the development plans get submitted and JKA lists on the AIM market. also we have AJE hopefully in Q4
once they get cash flow i think they will really kick it up a gear.
2 producing assets and 2 great frontier exploration blocks in elephant country, the future could be bright.

that's not investment advice at all, just my subjective thoughts. nothing is more uncertain then oil and gas exploration.
