    At present is all exploration acreage which is worth jack these days. COE has been trying to farm out Nabeul for a while and cost $1.5 MM.

    Took 3 or 4 years to farm out Bargou. So, JKA may be able to afford it but question is whether they would want it.

    Probably only really pricey if HW 3 is a success.
