From the phantom over at ADVFN Fido whom knows a great deal as to Dragon activities (perhaps more than we realise?)in London/Europe...

"We might soon get news on the Tunisian well because they have already run the wireline logs.
If all goes to plan Dragon should be declared as operator and will then fast track this well. After that they will go after the other "several large targets" and develop the whole license as a producing region with all the infrastructure already in place for both oil and gas.

"In an update to the Tunisian license, I said that Cooper Energy were looking to farm out their Tunisian operations including this and other Tunisian licenses.
We now have an update on this and Coopers exit ties in well with Dragons desire to grow in the region.

"Cooper Energy also believes it is in the best interests of Tunisia if the attractive Tunisian assets are managed by a corporation focussd on, and growing in, the Africa region."

While no names have been mentioned yet, I would not be surprised to see Dragon named as taking over all of Coopers Tunisian assets and grow the licenses as a producing region."
Perhaps bit more knowledge flowing about in London as to what is happening with COE?
