Nice numbers! Reading across from JKs excellent spreadsheet, to me, anything less than 10g is going to hit nvo...look at the s curve analysis...nvo is already priced at $2.5bn...holders would logically move into arv at that point...any discount rate applied to nvo for comet well and other non permitted land will be reasonably high...maybe thats why my Grizzly cousins are nervous? (my grandpa was Canadian!)
