People need to look at the bigger picture ... the sheik was brought in as a defensive move. This guy is so rich that he's literally swimming in money and is more than happy to invest unlimited amounts of it to acquire what he wants.

My guess is that Novo's drill results will come back very very positive which will make ARV a sitting duck for the taking ... but here come their savior, the Sheik, who can, with the snap of his fingers, turn the ownership tide 'round with one simple Private Placement from ARV ... Novo thinks that KL is a blessing in disguise but The Sheik will be a blessing from God/Allah for ARV when the chips are all down.

The Sheik not only brings business experience in the resource sector but most importantly he brings money ... lots of it. And that gonna be is biggest tool to assure investor shareholder value goes up, including his own of course ... that should go without speaking.
