It's very comforting when a CEO does things in reverse. Issues 7.333M shares to vendors of the portfolio of 5 cases at 30 cents when the share price is 23.5 cents. So they are issued shares at 30 cents that they can sell for 23.5 cents. Why would they do that ? I guess you could call up the vendors, I guess you could ask the CEO, Phillip Kap or I guess you could just work it out yourself.
