Are you sure? This is from page 13 of the cap raise info presentation
"As part of the resignation agreement with Philip Kapp, the management company and the trustee company will both be wholly owned companies of Philip Kapp"
Sounds like we forgo the cases also, with the trade off being Kapp sells off his 7.3m shares and 2.3m options. (not saying it adds up, but that's how it reads)
