MarsC, ASX-listed firms are required to announce events that "would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities" (ASX Rule 3.1). So, we will likely discover the truth today from IFM. If not, they either (a) would be in breach of ASX rules or (b) have no market sensitive news to announce.
In fact, I would think Rule 3.1 would have triggered an announcement by IFM on 10 February (following 9 Feb UK time) if the Clifford news referred to an event that has a significant impact of IFM revenue.
