Last week I said I'd rung the company and left a message but no one replied. Just now I rang again and this time the phone was answered by a lady who said the matter was being dealt with at the moment and that there'd be an announcement soon about the credits. I asked if we'd receive a letter also, as we did last year, and she said yes.
