it has to be close, you can't help but feel that BKT have been guinea pigs in this whole process following the amendment to the legislation in 2017. BKT announced that the process was starting in May 2020! More than enough time . I believe Kabanga Nickel have already negotiated a deal, but I'm not sure who else has. Fingers crossed that BKT is next. If Tanzania don't start sorting this process out then investors will park their dollars elsewhere.
