and excisable at 35 cents. So if the SP doesnt get to 35 cents, they wont be used. ie, back to what i said earlier, doesnt this mean they will want the shares to go 35 cents +.. ie near enough to 50% plus what they are today.
I think this is a good deal. Its only 1.5M shares, so doesnt dilute the stock.. and just adds to the $6M cash they have on hand...
Remember JMS only has a MC of $30M.
