I didn't like it. Correlation is not the same as causation so an arrangement like this was never really verifiable. It's a bit like performance shares for pressing go for directors.
Klaus has always seemed shady to me but that's based on not knowing the man, or it could just be his smart suits and German accent. If it wasn't for the immense size of the resource I would have left a long time ago.
