The base of loyal Japanese women already using Jo Ju and impressed with the results would probably be a good start.in the quest
However, possibly most of those have come from the QVC ranks so I suppose until the skin care products arrive on QVC and with a promotional campaign there may not be a big uptake overall from just the one source at Cosme.
