That is the part which I'm not too sure....Just thought the price per mcf in the announcement is too high (and to take a more conservative stance) and also announcement stated clearly (415mcf for LNG). Not sure how they get over $5 per mcf. Contracts? Plus the LNG price is based on the market figure from the following link
